DWR is a series of roof fans with vertical air discharge. The fans are characterized by high air efficiency and relatively low noise emission. They are mainly used in production halls, large-area stores and high-bay warehouses.
Dedicated to hybrid ventilation.
DWR series fans are equipped with axial impellers. The fan dome combines two functions: a rain cover and an air ejector. The shape of the dome is similar to the shape of a roof ventilator. After disconnecting the fan from the power supply, it starts to work as a typical gravitational ventilator (in the case of a temperature difference, the air flows freely through the fan). This method of ventilation is a very good solution for facilities requiring constant air ventilation at a low level and the possibility of periodically increasing the amount of air supplied.
Constant performance of the ventilation system regardless of the weather.
DWR fans are equipped with single- and three-phase motors adapted to speed regulation. In the case of the need to maintain constant performance, the use of a speed regulator is a good solution. Thanks to the use of a speed controller, it is possible to maintain constant air efficiency at a low level when gravitational ventilation does not work, e.g. too small temperature differences.
Universal mounting.
As standard, fans are used as exhaust fans, the air is then thrown vertically upwards. The user can also turn the fan module on site and change the flow direction as supply air. In addition, it is possible to order a typical air supply system with an additional rain cover (then the air is sucked in from the bottom instead of the top).
The TYWENT factory also produces DWR fans in special versions:
to elevated temperatures
for rooms with increased chemical aggressiveness
to explosion hazard zones
