ZWC EC are supply and exhaust ventilation units with heat recovery. The ZWC air handling units are designed to be installed in a standing arrangement on the floor or wall. Versatile heat exchanger
ZWC recuperators use a very durable, counter-flow heat exchanger of the renowned CORE brand. The exchanger has lamellas that provide a very large heat exchange surface and low flow resistance. The exchanger is made of polypropylene, thanks to which it is very durable and easy to clean (the exchanger can be washed under running water), thanks to which it can be used both in clean and slightly polluted objects (production plants, warehouses).
Energy-saving EC fans
Another advantage of the ZWC air handling units are the fans. The TYWENT company has been manufacturing fans since 1973. Using many years of experience of our constructors and customers, we have developed energy-saving fans with an electronic-commutated motor. Thanks to the impeller with forward-curved blades, the fans are characterized by very good flow conditions and quiet operation.
Equipment adapted to customer needs
ZWC EC series recuperators are produced in two variants of equipment:
type S – models with basic mounting equipment, recommended especially to customers who care about high efficiency and durability of the device and simple control. ZWC EC-S recuperators can be additionally equipped with a simple speed controller or a more advanced controller
type RIN – models with full equipment, recommended especially to customers who are looking for recuperators with intelligent control at an affordable price. The control of ZWC EC-RIN recuperators enables e.g. remote operation of the device via a smartphone and monitoring of service parameters via the website
