PFPK are industrial side channel fans with a radial impeller. The PFPK series fans have been designed for users who need a fan to work in difficult conditions for pumping gases, mists and slightly polluted air. PFPK fans work well both as exhaust and supply fans for general ventilation, e.g. in warehouses, shops, public utility buildings, as well as local exhaust at workplaces such as: welding shops; paint shops, strip and laser exhausters, extractors from cooker hoods and oil mist extractors from machine tools.
What distinguishes PFPK fans?
One of the most common problems in process fume extraction systems is air pollution (e.g. fine pollen, oil suspension). The PFPK fan uses a number of structural reinforcements that ensure long-term durability of the device:
reinforced metal impeller, blades connected by welding
the motor is located outside the refrigerant line equipped with an additional cooling fan solid housing on a square
frame for mounting on any side
powder-coated steel elements

When designing the fan, particular attention was paid to efficiency. A high-efficiency radial impeller with backward-curved blades with a geometry dedicated to high flows was used. In addition, the air flow chamber has been increased, thanks to which the fans of this series are characterized by much higher efficiency in relation to the engine power compared to other solutions available on the market. All PFPK fans have the possibility of speed regulation and operation at elevated temperatures (up to 60 oC). At the customer’s special request, the TYWENT factory also manufactures centrifugal fans for operation at high temperatures (120-200 oC).
