WTK are centrifugal fans for transporting loose materials. The main purpose of WTK fans is to transport materials from the processing of wood and wood-like materials, i.e. sawdust, shavings and dust from furniture boards (MDF, OSB, etc.). WTK fans are suitable for both pneumatic transport extraction and dust extraction systems.
Solid construction and easy assembly.
WTK fans have been designed for customers who need a fan with high durability. Pneumatic transport of loose materials causes wiping of fan elements, for this reason WTK fans use a number of technological reinforcements to extend the period of safe operation to the maximum:
„self-cleaning” open impeller (sawdust does not stick to the blades)
rotor blades made of Hardox wear plate
enlarged fan chamber (less abrasion at high flows)
rotatable housing, mounting on any side
solid construction made of thick sheets
powder painting
three-phase motor of reinforced construction (high resistance to vibrations)
fan adapted to adjust the speed with a frequency converter
